  2. Complete the CSV File: Open the downloaded CSV file using a spreadsheet program such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or any other compatible software. Carefully fill in the required information for each label, ensuring all details are accurate and complete. This will help us process your order swiftly and correctly.
  3. Save Your Completed CSV File: Once you have filled out all the necessary fields, save the completed CSV file on your computer. Double-check to make sure all the information is correct and that the file is saved in the appropriate format (.csv).
  4. Send the CSV File via Email: After saving the file, compose an email to us at fireflie2003@outlook.com. Attach the completed CSV file to your email. In the subject line, please include “Bulk Label Order” to help us identify and prioritize your request.
  5. Include Order Details in the Email: In the body of the email, provide any additional information or special instructions that may be relevant to your order. This might include preferred delivery dates, specific customization requests, or any other pertinent details that will assist us in fulfilling your order to your satisfaction.
  6. Await Confirmation: After sending your email, you will receive a confirmation response from our team. We will review your CSV file and contact you if we need any further information. Once your order is processed, we will provide you with an estimated delivery time and any other necessary details.
  7. Terms and Condition: Please confirm us when you create your label in bulk, some states are not support USPS and UPS so you have to tell us when sending .csv file if label is not created in USPS then make it in UPS same for USPS.
  8. Payment Confirmation: Please send us your payment done details with us at fireflie2003@outlook.com.
